Sous Chef (£25-£26K per annum depending on experience plus service charge)

London Bridge Hotel is recruiting for a Sous Chef to join our Food & Beverage team. The successful candidate will assist with day to day running of the kitchen and ensure consistently high levels of service are maintained. A Sous Chef will be responsible for contributing to menu creation and managing and training the kitchen brigade to deliver an excellent Guest experience. A Sous Chef will also be required to manage food cost controls. We are looking for someone who will provide and engaging, intuitive and refined style of service to our guests.
