One thing that people remark on time and time again, is the way in which they get a more bespoke service from us. We work on-site and people will never be redirected to a central reservations team. People are treated as individuals and never as just room numbers – that comes across in the service we provide.
Because we’re an independent hotel, special arrangements can be organised and we get to know our guests well. If there’s a special birthday coming up, we’ll always do what we can to help.
We know we’re our guests’ home-from-home and we take that responsibility seriously. Often, people recognise us by the sound of our voice and we’re on first name terms with a lot of our guests.”
